Last January CrossFit Wilmington held a fundraiser for the family of Wilmington Police Officer Jody McPherson and adopted them as our own. Jody passed last December from brain cancer and is survived by wife, Debbie and twin sons, Joseph and Jacob. This Christmas we’re going to take a collection for Jody’s family and remind them his service and their sacrifice aren’t forgotten and they are still part of the community. CFW dominated the Front Squat WOD with 2nd (t.-335lbs), 3rd (Zach-325lbs), 4th (Ben-320lbs) places and 2nd (Dawn 195lbs), 3rd (Jana-175lbs), and 4th (Julie G.-170lbs). Most of the crew hit PRs for their Front Squat Max and it was for 3 reps.
