This past weekend, the CrossFit Wilmington team competed at the Mid Atlantic Regionals. On behalf of the team, I wanted to say thank you to all of the members who offered kind words of support. Your continuous encouragement throughout the weekend was much appreciated and helped us push through. Thanks for trusting us to represent your gym.

AM and PM Beach Workouts
Today CFW will be running two beach workouts at the Oceanic pier. The workouts will be held at 6:15am and 6:15 pm.

CFW will open at 8am and will close  at 5:30 pm.

Make it out to the beach if you can, its always a fun time.  If you swim, bring goggles.  If not, come out anyway.  Swimming is not required.

5 handstand push ups
10 pistols ( 5 right/5 left)
15 pull ups

    Hey Ladies, I will be conducting a two Women’s Self Defense Classes.

    Friday July 8th. 7pm

    Friday August 6th. 7pm

    Sign up for which date you can make.

    Basic understanding of the mental and physical fundamentals that will save your life.

    The cap will be 12 women per class, so sign up when you see the flyer/sheet.

    There will be a sign up sheet and envelope at the front desk at the gym.

    Total cost will be $40 per person.

    Ladies… Aaron’s self defense class is a gift. One bit of info he passes could save your or someone you love’s life.
    In knucledragger world of SOF, there’s a concept of the toolbox. You never know what tool you’ll need for any random, odd job. So you need as many tools in your toolbox as possible.
    Brazilian Jui Jitzu, your car, a gun, or just situational awareness are all tools in the self defense toolbox.

    A great showing this am at the beach! Good fun.

    Thanks T. , “toolbox” is the same term I use for being a Martialist, I want to have every tool I can have at my disposal to help me in any and all situations.

    Sensei, I am interested in the July 8 class. Who do we make the check out to….you? And I also use the toolbox analogy in therapy with my clients. I like it 🙂
