We will be running beach WODs at 6:15am and 6:15pm today, come out and bring a friend for some fun! The gym will not be opening until 8am and will close early at 5:30 for these wods so plan ahead as needed.
Why do you say eat only meat, green vegetables, oils and avocado? Why shouldn’t I eat fruit? Aren’t bananas full of potassium?
I get these questions all the time in regards to my guidance about not eating fruit. The bottom line… fruit is sugar and not much more. All the nutrients fruits are so good for can be found in vegetables without all the disease and inflammation causing sugars.
