Congrats to all the lean out winners! You all are looking great. We had many who lost 10-15 lbs, the decision was tough. Keep up the good work!

Nice job Seth, Renee, and Kristina! If ya’ll have time, will you post how you achieved your results??

  6. Seth J says:

Simply put: I switched to a fairly strict paleo diet (plus some dairy in moderation), tried to eat as clean as I could afford, suplemented with “the five” (minus hcl because I’m a cheap wad), trained like a mad man in the box and on my own (arguably over-training), and above all NO ALCOHOL! Totally worth it.

Thanks everyone for your kind words! I entered the diet contest because I thought minimal entrance fee was with worth finding our where i was body fat wise. Little did I know a few simple changes to my diet would lead to this!
My change was 90% diet. My husband and I made the commitment to the paleo diet. About half way through I suffered a knee injury and unable to work out as hard as I wanted. I still showed up everyday I could and modified workouts. Therefore diet was even more important. And I also agree with Seth, getting rid of alcohol was a major factor!
