    20 for me… 9 less than my previous best. I'll chalk it up to sickness and the sumo deadlift prerequisite. (its either that or I'm turning into a little schoolgirl)

    Tracy, it was such a great experience. I can't wait to do another one! I ended up getting 6th out of 68 in my group and 24th out of the 200 or so that competed. I was happy with it 🙂 All thanks to my CF work outs!

    Thanks Tracy, I am definitely looking forward to another one. One of the girls told me two that are in Charlotte but one is next weekend and the other is closed. I have a feeling the Tri season is coming to an end? They are definitely addicting! Let me know if you know of any good ones for me to try out 🙂
