Mac and Jose at CF Cherry Point have a new site that you can buy their t-shirts online.
CFCP is nonprofit CF.  Jose and Mack pay out of thier pockets for their CF certs and equipment to give Marines quality CF instruction.  Check them out by clicking on the link in our friends list.

There’s no WoD today.

We’re closed for the Powerlifting Seminar.

If you want to do a WoD, get over to CrossFit Coastal at 11:45am for Fight Gone Bad III.  It requires a $20.00 donation, but it’s for a great cause.

But if you can’t do get to CFC for FGB, here’s one for the park, beach, or wherever you want to do it…

WoD:  5 rounds for time…

  • 12 Burpees
  • 30 flutter kicks
  • run 100 meters (100m is approx 130 walking steps)

Thank you to everyone who showed support today – whether you participated, donated, spectated or offered encouragement, you did a great job.

A special mention goes out to the top 6 fundraisers for this event. Great job Zach Brock, Maria Sorg, Jennifer Kelly, Aaron Lawrence, Bridgitte Milheim, and Bryan West.

Between CrossFit Cape Fear, CrossFit Coastal, CrossFit Stone Bay, and CrossFit Wilmington, we raised well over five thousand dollars.

Check back tomorrow for all of the great pictures from the event and later on this week for an awesome video of everyone giving it everything they had.

    Thank you,
    Ezekiel Martinez
