    Everybody who plans on attending the seminar. I talked with Will and the tentative schedule is to work on your bench form and technique in the morning followed by a bit of discussion. After lunch we will focus on the squat and DL. After talking with him, he said you should be good to go for the FGB during lunch. Even with the tough workout, as long as you grab something to eat and drink the remainder of the seminar shouldn't be too taxing for you. Looking forward to see everybody Saturday morning.

    t. this wod was freakin awesome, im getting ready to go to work and im still pumped up about it. i finished with a 23:47 and it was hard and great at the same time. Good job to everybody who did this Wod. Thanks to julie, zach, sensei, and pete for pushing me all the way. OH yeah good runnin in the storm with ya sean and sensei.

    Well, i got a crappy time today, that damn run at the end killed me… 9 min. on the run, otherwise i felt good with my performance. Thanks to Thomas, Aaron, Julie and Zach for pushing me.

    Sensei, i just went in and did grace from yesterday. Yeah it was great, and i got a 3:36. Im starting to realize that amy was right in saying something is wrong with us because we get excited about hard wods.
