Join CFW owner, Tony Cowden, this Tuesday evening for a quick, no cost talk on how to program your endurance to parallel CFW’s program.
Trying to couple your endurance training to CrossFit can quickly lead to overtraining and injury. Tony will outline CFW’s programming and considerations on how/when best to do your running or other training.

CrossFit
In teams of 3-4, complete the following for time:

2 mile sandbag run in 400m increments – You must switch each 400m, and everyone must run at least once
200 Squats w/ Wallball 20/14
200 Pull-ups
200 Wallballs

***You can break up the work however you’d like. One sandbag and one wallball per team.
