    This workout sucked. I hate OH Squats. There have been some pretty good times so far. I was smoked.

    Raja adheres to a strict training regimen I like to refer to as "Rajafit". Sometimes it looks like CF… sometimes it looks like barbell curls… sometimes it looks like a little girl skipping along the seashore with a pale full of chicken wings. It's a myriad of advanced techniques incomprehensible to the average human.

    Since I pulled my lower back last week doing the filthy 50 (I should've done the proper warmup), I'm shying away from any max lifts for couple of weeks. Although it would be very interesting to find out what my CFT would be.

    I increased my frequency to 5 days per week now and it has taken its toll. I really want to come in today (i'm addicted I think) but my body is telling me to take a rest day. So….I guess I'll do the right thing and have an "active rest day". See you guys in a day or two.
