Props to Abby on yesterday’s workout. She’s the only female to knock this one out as Rx’ed. Confession time… the hang power snatches were supposed to be hang power cleans. I posted it incorrectly.
Push (Power) Jerk 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes with 4 burpees on every minute.
8 (4 each leg) one legged squats
6 Sandbag half moon (50lbs/30lbs)
At the top of each minute, stop wherever you are in the exercise, do the burpees and pick up where you left off.
