WoD Run 3 miles

More and more CFers are using Brian Mackenzie’s site www.crossfitendurance.com for thier running/endurance work.  

Recommendation – use a CF Endurance WoD two or three times a week in addition to our WoD.  To those that have adopted the 1mile run after your WoD, think about doing that once a week and CF Endurance’s WoD on other days.  Sprint drills pay off big!

    Hey Debbie guess what there has only been like 15 people in the Gym today… no one likes to run so everyone is taking the day off.. but thats ok cause Tony and I got something for that…. hahaha come get some slackers….
