    Matt, yesterday's Hula-training video is spot on, but I was trying to keep those methods secret! We've moved all the furniture out of the living room and put in Yoga flooring too! But the best line, "when you eat meat, animals cry…"

    What's up guys? Had a second to jump up here. Hope all is well out your way. Keep on buildin' monsters. I'm quickly learning that all the training received from CFW is extremely valuable outside of those walls. Stay safe everybody.

    You learn to control your breathing and the shaking in your hands after the long walk to and from the individual's car. CFW taught me how to ignore the lactic acid buildup from running radar and eating my 8th doughnut of the day. It's extremely hard work. I figured Slow and Fat would understand that.
