I have never in my life had to congratulate so many people so much as I do at CFW. Constantly achieving makes this kind of thing normal! But, I know that you guys worked hard and this competition was intense so I have to say, I stand in awe of your physical perfection, as per usual. Congratulations! I saw Crossfitters working out on the Isle of Palms beach this weekend, I think they were beginners though. Either that or this is an exceptional gym. One or the other.

    Hey guys,
I wanted to congratulate everyone on their performance this weekend, you all did an amazing job. I was very envious all weekend, checking the scoreboard and texting who I could to find out status. You all should be proud of yourself the competition looked fierce. Cannot wait to hear all the stories. Miss you guys.

CFW: Way to represent at the regional! I’m proud to have worked along side of you and received instruction from your kickassedness.
Greatly miss the CFW crew with the new gig in Cary. Made it in Saturday morning for a bit to do Friday’s workout with Steve and TD…thanks for the push Jules! and to catch up on the burpees. With the long commute and 4am wake up calls, the schedule is a little hectic, but great problem to have!
Tony, thanks for the recommendation on Forged Fitness (Cary). Hit it hard a couple times last week and I felt I represented CFW well. After 5 months of superior instruction and some hard work, I’ll continue to do my best and check in with the “Home base” when I’m back in town. Can’t thank you and your staff (Primarily Josh and Caleb, but too many to name) enough for changing my life and will sorely miss seeing the crew on a daily basis.
