WoD: Scott’s 32nd B-day WoD (tomorrow is actually his b-day)

For time:

  • 32 deadlift (225lbs – m / 135lbs – f)
  • 32 shoulder press (115lbs – m / 55lbs – f)
  • 32 weighted pull ups (25lbs – m / 15lbs – f)
  • 32 wall ball shots (20lbs ball for all!!)
  • 32 knees to elbows

Today is also my "baby" sister’s B-day today. She’s younger than Scott so her age couldn’t be a consideration for the WoD (hahaha).  Happy Birthday Christy!  Love you, t.

    Okay so this was my first Wed AM at crossfit. I was really whiney this Am (Darren almost kicked me out) b/c I was tired–but I was there. But as far as the rest of my normal crew–I learned that they were at Cracker Barrel! I guess they have a special on the zone breakfast on Wenesdays I am sure that you ate their half priced soybean sausages and eggwhite omelet. I am going to take a few days off, but when I come back on Monday Shawn and Chris, we can make up for that breakfast by running a sub 7 minute mile after the WOD OK?

    Well to the AM crew who came to the gym today and enjoyed our packcakes, and the WOD and the voice of maria as she was tring to find every excuse in the book; great job on the WOD

    If by "we" you mean "Maria and Chris"… then absolutely… I'm all for the sub-7. Unfortunately we didn't do Crossfit Cracker Barrel this morning as some of the regular CFCB athletes are out of town. I just hope our pancake performance doesn't suffer as a result. Chris had been training up to a tabata set.

    Shawn I am sure she means for all three of us to run that sub-7, and its going to take you and Maria to push me both physically and mentally to finish with a sub-7! Oh, by the way, for the record I passed the baton on that tabata pecan pancake performance to Clint. He owns the record on that now!

    this wod looks great, thanks t. sorry but im not going to make it, my shoulder is killing me from mon wod. i no what you are calling me right now darren, but i will do this wod when i get back in town. 32 is not treating me good already. hope everyone kills it for me, have a great workout cfw!! thanks for the shout out dawn.

    I misspoke earlier SOME of my AM crew was missing. Rick, Steve and Pete all finished I think as Rx'd. YOu are all inspiring – I will try to keep up next week!
