I hope you guys had a great weekend and you’re resting up from the festivities.  This week is going to be fun.  Let’s call it "A week of one hundreds".  In other words, everything’s going to be a multiple of one hundred.  Either the reps, the weights,  the time or distances will somehow add up to a multiple of one hundred.  Note, I said multiple…   as in, one hundred will be the minimum.  It should be fun!
