    Taylor, I'm coming to your class. I'm contemplating arriving 18 minutes early so I can try this WOD first. I'm not quite sure yet if that is humanly possible, but I'm putting the challenge out there. Who's going to try it with me?

    No Good-Wrap a towel over a pullup bar and hang from the ends hanging down. Then do one pullup for every foot of rope climb.

    Sorry for the DOUBLE post. Whitney you need to get there 54 minutes early, 18 to warm up 18 for the wod plus 2 mins of rest and 16 for recovery and nervous pee break before Taylors class ha!!!

    toes-to-bar definitely the hardest part of the workout. Could barely hold the bar after the rope climbs.
