and she nailed it.



Deadlift 1 1/2 Bodyweight    1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1

That’s 15, 1 rep sets.  Rest as much as needed.  Use strict form and accelerate through to the top.  Return the weight to the floor controlled…  don’t drop or slam it down.

2 rounds, 30 seconds of rope battle with 30 seconds of rest btw sets.

    Just got done doing the WOD… the ropes are awesome, what a great workout! Congrats to Aaron for hitting a new max on Deadlift of 345 lbs and working thru all 15 of them.

    Yea, the ropes is going to be a definite staple in my work outs! Sean and Darren, thanks for letting me know that I had the ability to keep up the form through all 15! 345lb aint no joke!
