    Congrats to the CFW Team!!! You all did awesome! Ron-just read your post from yesterday (well, its still monday here) and yes, you couldn't be more right. You cannot fully appreciate what CFW has to offer until you step out and see other programs. There is nothing that even compares to CFW out here! I miss it and all of my CFW family, I can't find anyone to workout with out here that will hit it hard like you all!!!!
