  • 10 sumo deadlift highpull (65lbs – m / 45lbs – f)
  • 10 push press (65lbs – m / 45lbs – f)
  • 10 jumping pull ups
  • 10 sit ups (on the ground, not ghd)
  • 2 box jumps (36" – m / 24" – f)
  • 10 walking lunges (5 left / 5 right)
  • 50 meter sprint

    Wake up CrossFit family! Still sore from "MURPH"? I know I am, but ready to bust this WOD out! It looks like you can set up the "station" so that every exercise is in line to complete with not much transition time. NICE. I have one question though? What's up with the different box jump height for M vs. F ?

    Sorry bro, I don't think I am going to do this WOD, I am sick as a dog, I will try and come in and get the blood flowing, but I don't think I will take this on today…hopefully I will feel alot better tomorrow.

    I'm not sure about hte times on Murph as I wasn't there when y'all ran it. I was just running it today because I talked junk to Joel and he called me on it. There were some great times on today's workout as Joel went sub 10min and Don finished in 10:03.

    Btw, who's "C"? Chanelle?

    yeah, Joel c'mon dude…..walk 50 m to help a brother feel like a man would ya? HA that time is awesome good job Joel,….mine was 11:23 I feel really good about it, especially since I can barely walk from Murph!!.
