Who’s in for some fun?
Congratulations to all that just completed the Olympic Weightlifting Course. Everyone experieced huge increases in coordination, flexibility, and balance… and of course, in their PRs.
Aaron increased his Snatch to by 30lbs and Clean & Jerk by 20lbs for 155lbs and 195lbs respectively
We’ve highlighted Kelly’s successes quite a few times in the last 6 months, but she just won’t let up. Kelly puts forth so much effort and focus it’s hard to describe. Kelly hit a 75lbs Snatch and 105lbs Clean & Jerk.

Tara Blackburn, certified Yoga Instructor and Lululemon Educator, will be giving a Yoga class at 2:30 at CFW. Yoga is great for developing flexibility, coordination, and balance. Tara is giving us this class at a "for donation" rate. Please come out and join us.
