Who’s in for some fun?

Congratulations to all that just completed the Olympic Weightlifting Course.  Everyone experieced huge increases in coordination, flexibility, and balance… and of course, in their PRs.
Aaron increased his Snatch to by 30lbs and Clean & Jerk by 20lbs for 155lbs and 195lbs respectively
We’ve highlighted Kelly’s successes quite a few times in the last 6 months, but she just won’t let up.  Kelly puts forth so much effort and focus it’s hard to describe.  Kelly hit a 75lbs Snatch and 105lbs Clean & Jerk.

Last minute announcement!!
Tara Blackburn, certified Yoga Instructor and Lululemon Educator, will be giving a Yoga class at 2:30 at CFW.  Yoga is great for developing flexibility, coordination, and balance.  Tara is giving us this class at a "for donation" rate.  Please come out and join us.

If anyone is interested in sponsoring a Pop Warner football team, please call Bill 910-538-6222. It's $1500 for 3 years which provides their uniforms (with your name displayed on the uniform) and when your team wins you get the trophy in your place of business. I'm sure there is more to it, call Bill to find out. He told me they were having trouble finding sponsors
