OLYMPIC Weightlifting Seminar with C.J. Stockel of Team Georgia Weightlifting!

CrossFitNC is proud to have C.J. Stockel of Team Georgia Weightlifting back for another Olympic Lifting Seminar.  Our members and friends have been asking when we would bring C.J. back after the huge success we experienced at his seminar last year.  Team Georgia Weightlifting is one of the premier USA Weightlfiting Clubs on the East Coast, and its sole mission is to promote the fundamentals and principles of Olympic weightlfting to coaches, athletes, and enthusiasts.

When:  July 26-27, 2008
Location:  CrossFitNC, Raleigh, North Carolina
Registration:  $100 per attendee, all registrations submitted in advance. (Seminar Limited to 30 per day)

    Can someone tell me how to do the getdown / getups. Ive tried searching for it, even on google, but couldn't find anything. Thanks

    Get up/ get down: Stand with feet together, squat down and roll back onto your shoulder blades. Reverse momentum to force yourself back into a fully extended standing position. Hope this helps!
