I have to say, the last six months of almost exclusively weightlifting, little CrossFit, and no running prepared me thoroughly for the Obstacle run. Ha.

Scott and I head to the National Weightlifting Championships this weekend. After that I’m getting off the Oly platforms and switching back to CF and endurance prep.

Tonight I’m giving a class on Endurance Training. There’s no cost and it’s for all levels of athletes… I mean, it doesn’t matter what your level, you’d like to be faster, right?

I’ll talk about speed work and recovery andl explain how to optimize them for better results. I’ll show you how to get faster by training smarter, not just longer. I’ll explain how to increase your mileage over time in a methodical fashion to match any distance event you want to participate. Come check it out.
