10 push press (135lbs – M / 85lbs – F)
10 overhead squat (135lbs – M / 85lbs – F)
If you are capable of doing the workout with the Rx’d weight, do so! Sacrificing weight to get a "better" time will limit and stiffel results. So many CF’ers, in our gym and others, are selling themselves short and limiting their results because they won’t commit to the doing the WODs with Rx’d weight. Just try. If you have to reduce the weight during the WOD, so be it. If you only get one round with the Rx’d weight, that’s great!
