Jennings and Chanelle doing yesterday’s cleans…   maybe they’re CFW’s strongest couple.  Maybe… if Jennings could keep up!

    If you make every WOD the one the HQ uses, Justin won't have an excuse for not completing them. Something to think about Tony haha.

    I think Tony's actually just trying to mimic my routine so he can get catch some results.

    Don't forget that I add in 1 lift every day. Day 1 is 5×5, day 2 & 3 are 2×8.

    Also, today's main site WOD really, really sucks.

    Hey Mat, until we do a couples comp, who knows who the top couple is? The question is, is there enough couples to run a little something? Or we could just take a weeks’s wods and tally up at the end.
