    It’s like after a 5×5, 3×7, or so on of Deadlifts, Squats, or pulls and we’re asked “is that it for today?”.

    Agreed. They are only easy if you allow yourself to break plank or collapse to the floor when extended. Just like anything in CF, it’s as hard as you make it.

    Do a handstand pushup at the top to make it even tougher. If you’re really feeling frisky, you can always do 150 KB swings for time after that like some of the crazies that come in the A.M. I was not one of them but admire their gumption. Way to get after it!

    All… please feel free to bring a friend. These workouts are fun and light hearted. This one is going to be a team style workout.

    All CrossFitters, triathletes, runners, fitness buffs in Wilmington are welcome… no one cares which gym you workout at. Come have fun.
