    Hey Guys,
    I am not sure if you took the opportunity to read Tony’s post regarding magnesium, but you should really give it a read. My doctor put me on magnesium to lessen my migraines and for once, we have found something that is working! I also have noticed I sleep better and perform better at work with fewer lapses in focus and memory.
