This is Dan in February. 42 years old and overweight.
This is Dan on Monday. It’s only 5 months later and he’s 52 lbs lighter. With hard work and dedication he has accomplished something the weak-minded only dream of.
These results are typical.
They’re typical of a strong-willed individual that recognizes there is no easy fix and takes control of his or her life, replaces their bad habits with good ones, and works hard. Dan eats in The Zone and does our CrossFit program 5 days per week. He has my respect and admiration. We can all learn something from this guy. – Tony
