With a continuously running clock perform:
5 min of rowing (for calories)
4 min of box jumps (24/20)
3 min of KB swings (24/16)
2 min of Wall Balls (20/14)
1 min of double unders
Score is total number of reps/calories

    Felice – great quote. I have always told people who get pissed about someone else’s view or how they choose to live their life, that while our Constitution covers many things, there is no protection from being offended. And it’s what makes us special.

    This workout looks horrible, I can’t wait.

    We were having that conversation yesterday; there’s a lot in the world to be outraged about – genocide, violence, people who are truly hungry without food and potable water, extremism of any sort, people without access to clean and safe shelter, people without access to decent medical care, etc.

    A blog post about fat people is not something for someone to be outraged about.

    Either get off your ass and make a difference for yourself and everyone else, or stay on your fatass and shut the hell up.

    WOW! That sled push was no joke. Way to go to everyone who did todays WOD…it hurt. Thanks to Caleb and everyone else for their encouragement and enthusiasm…at least it helps me smile through the pain
