You all know how much I detest the food and supplement industries, right? I’ve given many examples and presented much material on why not to eat supplements (except O3s) and protein powders and/or drinks. There’s nothing you get from the supplements that cannot be gained from whole foods. But even more so with protein. It’s horrible the Protein powder companies, through very effective marketing, have convinced so many, that you need 1 or 1.5 grams of protein per pound of BW. It’s most common to here it from the bodybuilding types, but not limited to them… CrossFit "duds" that know little about diet, repeat this nonsense too. For me, that would be 205 – 310 grams… everyday. I eat no more than 140grams a day. I’m 205lbs and have been for a few years, and I train two times a four and five times a week. I’m not "wasting" away.
Ok… done ranting. Still won’t give up your whey? You can’t possible consider going without the Muscle Milk? And you know you need that 42 grams of muscle building protein in your EAS MyoPlex???
