Whatever the minute you finish in, multiply that number x 10 and do that many burpees. If you finish in the last 30 seconds of the minute, add 5 more.
I.e., if you finish your mile in 7:25, you owe 70 burpess. A 7:32 get you + 5 for 75 burpees. Hence the term "incentive" burpee… they’re your incentive to run a little faster. Don’t rest between the run and the burpees.
