Clint H.  20 inch box jump + 200lbs


  1. Overhead barbell carry (goal: 225lbs -m / 165lbs – f)  Post weight and distance
  2. Weighted box jump (w/ dumbbells)  Post box height and weight
  3. 5 rope climbs for completion  Rest as needed
  4. 10, 6 meter sprints  Rest as much as needed between sprints.

    This is Clint’s “interpretation” of CrossFit… No yoga. No pilates. No easy listening music. Only hard work. Clint is one the finest examples of CrossFit results. Rock on Bro!

    Not only did Clint nail the box jump, I also witnessed Mr. Behemoth scale the rope hands-only a few times. Good job Clint! (Now you know next time we're going to make you climb the rope WITH the 100lb dumbells)

    Awesome work, Clint! I remember seriously struggling with 90lbs–200 is no joke!
    Also, I like this workout. I think it captures a few things that typical CrossFit WOD's don't capture. I'd come in, but I still feel pretty overtrained. See you guys Friday.
