25 deadlift (215lbs-M / 165lbs-F) 
25 clean and jerk (125lbs-M / 75lbs-F) 
25 thrusters (75lbs-M / 45lbs-F)
25 ohs 45lbs
Load the bar with 15s, then 25s, then 45’s.  For the ladies, it’s 15s and 45s only.  Storm thru the lifts stripping off the plates for each movement.  Strip off your own weight.  Accept no help from your friends!

    It true but I am still in Training. You should see the official uniform I get after the training program is over. "Calander material" is what I overheard the manger say as I tried it on. Do you like you wings mild , medium or hot.

    I agree… Dan is not a piece of meat to be gawked at. The Hooter's uniform is seated in tradition and should not be disrespected with inappropriate comments!!!

    Ok gang here is a update: At 0600 PDT on May 30th, three workouts will be announced. If you are interested in qualifying, you will have 24 hours exactly to complete all three workouts and report your times.

    In addition to the workouts themselves, there will be movement standards established and specific guidelines for filming. Plan on having at least two people assisting you. We will require one person with a stopwatch in the frame besides you. It would probably be wise to have them enforcing proper movement standards also, as that will be an integral part of qualifying.

    You will have until 0600 PDT on May 31st to upload your unedited video to YouTube and send us the link with your time. We are expecting a large number of candidates, so there will be little to no tolerance for missing deadlines or technical difficulties. Please make all necessary arrangements ahead of time.

    You will need a predictable amount of standard CrossFit gear (meaning it will not be inconsistent with the gear required for many of the regionals). No GHD will be required.
    We need to know before this who is thinking on doing this, and please don't make this a last min thing. We need to get stuff to make sure we meet deadlines..

    Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that!

    hahahahahaha..sensei that actually made me laugh outloud here at my computer. dan will already have that natural oiled up look from sweat if he does just 10 air squats in the kitchen before walking out to greet his tables haha i love it. 11:52 on the WOD sensei. sweet time on your part by the way
