Monday and Tuesday’s lifting was challenging, but fun.
The shift back to lifting is crucial in developingproper technique and foundational strength.
Welcome Vince to the team.  Wingate U’s Running Back, this boy strong.
Colleen pressing with great form: arched out, scalpulae pulled back, and toes under her.
Noelle Fronts: weight over the heels, maintaining the lumbar curve, elbows high, and hips back.
The chains progressively load the lift through the full ROM.
5 rounds for time of…
10 Deadlift (225lbs / 145lbs)
8 handstand push ups

Thanks girls. Couldn't have done it without the unbelievable guidance and attention received from you guys. Gosh – member just back in January couldn't front squat 65 without knees collapsing….
