Julie and Paula are two of our newest members.  We’re very excited about having them and all the new members of our clan!

One the best things about CrossFit Wilmington is how comfortable the environment is for women.  It was one of the first things I noticed when I first started training here.  Girls never have to worry about the staff or other members gawking, starring or flirting.  That immature, unprofessional type of stuff doen’t happen here.  The trainers and members at CFW are supportive and encouraging.  Tony always made it clear that only professional interaction between the staff and clients would be toleraded.  But there has never been a need for him to repeat his policy.  CFW’s family respect and support each other.  It’s great to come to a gym and not have guys hit on you, ask to "spot you", or disrupt your workout with any other unwanted attention.  Darren, Josh, Andy, Thomas, and Tony have families and relationships.  They are secure men that respect women and their boundaries.  As far as the female staff goes… sorry guys, Dawn and I aren’t gonna flirt with ya inappropriately either!  – Julie E.

Correction… Mere and Taylor were two on the top finishers in their heat. Not THE top two. Sorry about that. They're all doing very well. Now that they've shook off the nervousness, WOD two will flow for them.
