    I have been checking out this site since I started CFW in January, but my experience there today is what has gotten me to post. After having a bad soccer game which resulted in tears of frustration for my 8 year old, she came to Crossfit Kids and got the ego boost she needed (and it changed the direction of our day to a positive one). She walked in with me today feeling beat down and left feeling accomplished after her own workout. I have noticed my own confidence grow since I started coming in after having Ellen, but to see CFW give that to my oldest daughter is awesome! The enouragement and support I have gotten is amazing (and this includes helping me tend to a fussy baby so I can get a workout in!), and I rave about you guys to anyone who will listen. The positive energy is contagious and addictive. I continue to be awed by what I see people accomplish within those walls (and out in the parking lot), and it inspires me. I look forward to coming in, and it is so exciting for me to look back and see how far I have come in such a short time. This has been a gift for me, and I am so happy to see the effects trickling down to my kids. Thank you to all of you for giving me your time, effort, and knowledge. I learn something every time I come in. Thanks again!
