Shoulder Press  5 – 5 – 5 – 5
Push Press 2 – 2 – 2 – 2
Push Jerk  1 – 1 – 1 – 1
 
GHD sit up – 1 set max reps
GHD back extensions – 1 set max reps

    Andrew, AWESOME ROLL! I am thinking another little class at some point every couple of weeks where we do nothing but Self Defense into ground positions and then go at it! Thank you for your patience!
