WOD:

Deadlift  5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5
Warm up / work up to weight that is challenging for 5 reps.  Complete the
remainder of sets with that weight.  Rest as needed between sets.
 
Ring Dips  3 sets of max reps

    For all the non-computer literate people, click on the fundraiser tab to find the info about the fundraiser this saturday. We have not posted the WOD format, but we will start with the Team WOD 1st around 10am. We will need a few volunteers so please let me know if you can help out out.
