Clean and Jerk M-135/ W-90

    What is the gestimated starting and ending time for the Relay for Life event that's going down April 11th at the gym??? I'm going to plan my work-day around the event so that I can still make that cheddar, and also come do my part to support the fund-raiser

    We will start the registration for the fundraiser Saturday at 9am. WODs will follow soon after. If you are planning on participating please let us know so that we can plan ahead.
