    I have the pleasure of working with Rachel throughout the week. She came to me after a Dr appt. She was saddened yet motivated. she works hard every night…eats what she is supposed to and has such a positive spirit. After losing some weight and returning to the Dr her blood levels for the most part we normal and she was on the FAST track to health. She did NOT get complacent. She knew her job was not done. I firmly believe if she keeps this up she could be one of the strongest ladies in our gym…hell with a tweeked shoulder yesterday she went “light” at 5 reps of 75#…so healthy i’d say mmmmm 95??? i am so proud of you Rachel and people like you are also MY motivation!

    Rachel = Baddass. Also saw Lauren pushing some great weight yesterday! then you’ve got Vanessa who just started with us and in quickly seeing changes for the better. I can’t even keep all the “newbies” straight in my head so please realize that you are all doing awesome and at first all it takes is “just showing up!”.

    Yall are gonna make me cry!!! I can’t even tell everyone who has been at CF with me, pushing me, giving me amazing advice, and constantly teaching me, how thankful I am!! I didn’t really realize how close I was to my CF family until we did the Run for the Ta Ta’s a few weeks ago! I have to give props to T and all the instructors he has. In the beginning, when I had a hard time being motivated to come some days, I just had to remember the day before when Julie or Abby (maybe even Josh) made me laugh at something silly and (despite how much pain I was ever in) their lives showed me how much I needed to be there. Also ,some love to my PC3 fam, Duane and the Smith’s b/c they are the ones I look to when I’m at work, their constant support has helped more than they know! I have people all the time ask me if Crossfit is worth it and I tell them that it is by far he best decision I’ve ever made for myself. It really is!! And it’s really one of the biggest blessings God has given me. I can’t wait to push for more! If you want more, you gotta do more! -Rach

    Congratulation Rachel, You are definitely a motivator. I really helps to see someone doing Crossfit the way you do that started out where I am now. I always get this nervous feeling before I come to class, but then I get there and I’ve got my girls, Vanessa, Danielle, Camille, and you to keep me motivated. I’m hooked and it’s because of people like you and all of the trainers and other crossfitters too! I’ll be at the workout tonight…I’m a little scared…but “If you want more, you have to do more” right?!? D
