*The Snatch is full. With aggressive force, pull the bar from the ground and receive it overhead. Stand to full hip and knee extension. A true Snatch and most efficient method to complete this movement is to recieve the bar overhead while at or below parallel in a squat. However, a Power Snatch followed by an Overhead Squat is acceptable.
