Girl Fight: Julie vs. Fran

WOD:   4 rounds for time… 

  • 20 one arm dumbell deadlift (m-45lbs / f-35lbs)
  • 10 ghd situps
  • 800 meter run

The deadlift is "briefcase" style, not sumo.  Don’t compromise the basic deadlift form.  Keep the weight to your side, but keep your spine straight and midline tight.  Do not bend side to side at the bottom or hyperextend at the top of the movement.
