And that’s just our kids!          
 
 WOD:
  • Push Press:  8 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 4
  • Push Jerk:  4 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 – 1 

Do the push presses as a warm up to the push jerks.  Drive hard from your heels and find your max!  If you’re comfortable with the push jerk, try them with the weight from your shoulders (back).
