Spring Fitness Challenge       

11:00am on Saturday, May 17
 CrossFit Wilmington is hosting Wilmington’s first Fitness Challenge.  Everyone’s
invited, anyone can compete. You do not have to be a Crossfit member
to enter. Tri-athletes, runners, cyclists, military, LEA,
first responders, bodybuilders (yeah, right!) and anyone who
enjoys fitness should come give it a try. 
Male and female classes:
  1.  CFW Total (1 rep max – overhead squat, shoulder press, & deadlift)
  2.   A “named” CrossFit WOD (to be pulled “from a hat” May 17)    
  3.  A fast, paced running / task intensive event
$15.00 Entry Fee
Prizes For 1st and 2nd place in both classes
All proceeds will benefit
