WOD: 30 reps, for time of the combo…

  • deadlift – clean – front squat – push press (m – 95lbs / f – 65lbs)

The combo is one rep.  The deadlift is up and back to the floor.  The clean is from the floor to the rack w/out returning to the floor.  Do the front squat from there.  Now a push press.  Return the bar to the floor and do another.  Maintain form throughout!
