Sirloin burgers stuffed with onion, peppers, sugar free BBQ sauce and a little  gorgonzola cheese.
Sides of guacamole and salsa, asparagus, and a few rasberries for desert.

    i think to the right person, that meal looks awesome, to those that are non believers, they may chose a Big Mac, but not understand that a Big Mac will make them feel like totally crap, while this awesome meal will only act as fuel to being a bad ass!!!

    The boys did very well today. The rope gave 'em a hard time on the second workout, but tomorrow they'll make it. I signed up last minute to do it for fun. So far I haven't broken anything!
