200 Meter – Barbell carry (135)
40 Pull Ups (1 person works,1 holds barbell in front rack)
400 Meter- Barbell Carry (135)
60 Back Squat  (135) ( 1 person works while other hangs from pull-up bar)
800 Meter Run
