    Dawn: you rock!!!! I love it that the guys wasted NO time to get that rope up for your practice WOD last night. . . just an excuse to scale the building 🙂 Abby: luv the action photos!!! I think I might print them out and make a flip book!

    This weekend, our boys Mike M. (kickass on getting that aggressive 3rd pull and clean PR Bro!), Josh, John Z., Zach, Caleb, and Tanner are hitting the North Carolina Sectional Competition for The CrossFit Games. CFW is proud of our athletes and wish them well. Tonight at 8pm we're getting together to talk about the weekend, some feeding and competition strategy, and general planning for the workouts. Anyone is welcome to join us and listen.

    I had a massage from Richard Lassell of Knead Relief (the link is on the right!). If you want to do something extraordinary for yourself, give him and call and schedule him. He works from Bangs Salon, your home, or will meet you here at CFW. And when he asks… say yes, you want the power tools!!
