CFW’s newest athlete, Kristin, does Friday’s fun WOD on Saturday.
10, 9 , 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps for time of:
- Deadlift (m – 315lbs / f – 185)
- Push press (m – 165lbs / f – 95lbs)
This Saturday, March 8th, at 12 noon we’re holding a fun power lifting competition. There’s a $10 entry fee and the winner takes all. It’s scored by best lifter. That is, the athlete’s body weight is taken into account. So there’s as good of a chance a lighter athlete or female winning this thing as one of you big boys!
Either way, we’re having a cookout afterwards, so bring your family and friends. Everyone is invited. So if you haven’t been to CrossFit Wilmington yet, this is a great opportunity to come meet the trainers and athletes that call CF Wilmington thier home for real fitness.
