"Tony, I just wanted to thank you for all your help with the nutritional aspect of my training.  What a difference it made.  I recovered well and was so happy to wake up this morning pain free along with no muscle soreness.  I think for my first sectionals I had a  fairly good experience.  It was a big reality check and wake up call for me, being around so many fantastic athletes.  I have a long ways to go if I am going to have a real shot at getting to the games but at least I am one step closer." – April Lowe 8th in The Crossfit Games Florida Sectional Competition

    So t. – just thinking about this IF thing… Are you doing a 24 hr fast… or using the window approach? I've done both and to be honest – really enjoyed the benefits and the "renewed" feeling at the end of it. Didn't do well with keeping it up just doing it on my own… and totally stopped when I started doing CFE training. I'm interested to hear your thoughts on how to balance that. What if we had a collective CFW IF day twice a week or something? Start out on Thursdays… then add a day. That way we can all be cranky together…

    The new challenge: 2 days rest each week for minimum of 6 week. No WODs, CFE, running, sports, etc. Idle for two days a week – try it.

    Awesome job April…while I don't know you personally, I do know how much the nutrition and training from CFW can improve overall performance. Way to go girl….kill it at sectionals!!!
