This is a partner WOD. Partner #1 will perform work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a sandbag (50/30). Once #2 returns from the run, #1 will take the sandbag and run while #2 continues working wherever #1 left off. Score is total number of rounds and reps completed of the AMRAP.
We will be running this workout in heats every 35 min. The heats will begin at 9:10, 9:45, 10:20, 10:55, 11:30 and 12:05. We only have enough equipment for 7 teams per heat. Those who have signed up for a time slot will be given priority, class members will run at 11:30. We will be filling in on a first come-first served basis if you have not signed up. The heats will start at precisely the scheduled time, please arrive early in order to warm up and find a scaling option if necessary. If you are late you will have to wait until the next available start time.
